Learn in your own car
Build clutch control, gear selection and smooth low-speed driving in your own suitable manual car.
What you'll practise
Instruction can cover clutch control, moving off, gear changes, hill starts, low-speed control and choosing the right gear for traffic conditions.
Manual lessons are only in your own car. It must be registered, roadworthy and appropriately insured for driving instruction.
Confirm the car, insurance and pickup before booking. The instructor does a safety check and a lesson may not go ahead if the car is unsuitable.
