What you'll practise
Your first lessons can begin with the car’s controls and setup, then move to quiet local streets once you’re ready. Each lesson is adjusted to what you can already do.
Automatic lessons are in the instructor’s dual-controlled car. Manual lessons are in your own registered, roadworthy and appropriately insured manual car, after an instructor safety check.
A standard lesson is 60 minutes. Pickup is available by arrangement in supported Canberra suburbs.

Each lesson works on a small group of skills, in conditions that suit your level, with patient coaching.

You finish with honest feedback and what to practise with your supervising driver.
