Please read these terms before booking a lesson or buying a package.
Lessons can be booked by phone, through an approved online booking service, or by email.
A standard lesson is 60 minutes and includes a briefing and debrief. Pickup and drop-off points are agreed at booking. All lessons depend on instructor and suburb availability.
Lesson fees are due at the start of the lesson unless agreed otherwise. Available payment methods are confirmed at booking. If a lesson goes ahead before full payment, the outstanding amount is payable on request.
You must hold a valid licence or permit and follow lawful safety instructions.
We may refuse or end a lesson if you appear affected by alcohol or drugs, behave dangerously or abusively, can’t show the required licence, or if continuing would be unsafe.
If your vehicle is used, it must be registered, roadworthy, insured for driving instruction and accepted by the instructor after a safety check. You are responsible for confirming your insurance cover.
If you’re late, the instructor may only provide the remaining booked time, and the full lesson price is payable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting us may be treated as a no-show.
We may reschedule for instructor illness, unsafe weather, vehicle problems or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We’ll give as much notice as practical and arrange another time or an appropriate remedy.
Lesson packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused lessons can’t be claimed after expiry.
Package, free and discounted lessons are not transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers and Afterpay purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
If a package refund is approved before expiry, completed lessons are recalculated at the standard single-lesson rate, and a clearly disclosed administration charge may be deducted, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
The $180 test-preparation package depends on prior confirmation of its duration, timing, vehicle, pickup location and instructor availability. Booking it does not guarantee a pass.
We provide professional instruction and honest feedback but can’t guarantee a licence, completed competency or test result. Progress depends on your skills, practice, conduct and ability to show the required standard safely and consistently.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that can’t lawfully be excluded.
